Every garden has its own unique beauty and personality. The concept of The California Garden is to tell the story of the plants and people of California. As a living museum, The Garden has elements that will present educational opportunities, showcase conservation methods, and celebrate the richness of The Golden State.

The California Garden is broken into two distinct groups of elements which encompass the structure of the garden:

  • Outdoor Gardens – include various themed sections that tell the story of the rich diversity in California’s flora, fauna and agriculture.
  • Other Garden Elements – supporting the gardens will be an array of other elements to further the education, conservation and celebration theme which dominates the mission and values of The California Garden.
